Alyne App – Data Deletion Instructions

Alyne stores certain user data to provide ride tracking, authentication, and performance features. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how to remove your Alyne data from our systems.

You may request deletion of any or all of the following data types:

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete Account & Data from Within the App (if available)

If the Alyne app currently provides an in-app “Delete Account” option, you can follow these steps:

This will permanently remove your user account and all associated data from our servers.

Option 2: Request Manual Deletion via Email

If in-app deletion is not available or you prefer manual assistance, you may request deletion by email:

We will process your deletion request within 30 days (usually much sooner).

Option 3: Disconnect Alyne from Login Provider

You may also revoke Alyne’s access through your login provider:

Revoking access prevents future login but does not automatically delete app data. You must still request account deletion via the methods above.
